The BBHC Health Program is based on years of research successfully formulated into an applied technology. We’ve helped thousands of people get their best body back.

It starts with you doing a comprehensive questionnaire on the HealthTrackMe app, which is then reviewed by one of our coaches. The coach will call you and go over your results as well as how your program will be specifically put together to handle any and all problems you are running into with your health.

You will be sent a program to follow throughout the duration of the program.

You will then have daily communication through the app with your assigned coach for the 60 days of the program. Following your completion, you will be given a maintenance program to help you maintain the new healthy state you’ve achieved.
