Personalised Health Program

Based on your health assessment done in our app - HealthTrackMe - your answers are tallied and interpreted by your assigned coach. After your consultation call, and signing up for the program itself, you'll get your personalised 60-day health program to follow. This is what your coach will be referring to daily throughout the program. It includes food lists, meal schedules and more.

How long will it take me to get my best body back?

While the full program is 60 days long, the amount of time each person's body takes to repair differs wildly depending on what that person has been exposed to or has consumed. A lot of our clients have made an almost complete recovery within the first week with large amounts of weight falling off daily. Others have a more steady timeline of weightloss and repair.

What we can say with certainty though is that if you do the program that has been set out for you, keep in daily contact with your coach and heed their guidance and never stray from the routine - you will get results.

What food am I allowed to eat on the program?

Each person gets a personalised program based on your answers to our health survey and the following consultation with a coach. Everyone has different things affecting them and their bodies react differently to different diets. This is why we are not simply a "keto" weight loss program. While we do advocate a low carb diet, what that entails differs from person to person and this is what makes our program so successful - individual guidance based on YOU!
