I'm Now in Control of What I Eat

"It took me some days to get started on the 60 day programme as I had become so used to snacking continuously through the day. The first days were rough but my body started to respond positively. I am now in control of what I eat and I can just "not eat" snacks with ease now as my attention is off FOOOOD!!! I find myself realising that it is already lunch time and able to eat a smaller amount as I give my body what it needs now and not my taste buds what they desire.
